I created a panorama and posted it here. I opened it to others, suggesting that they locate themselves and create a snapshot w/ descriptive information. They can’t seem to get it to work. I have created a couple of snapshots w/ no problems.

The other people WERE registered and entered their registration data.

Is there some “trick” to making this work for visitors? Is this even possible?

I was able to successfully make a snapshot on one of your public GigaPans. Is the one people were having trouble snapshotting private? I’m not certain, but it’s possible only the author can snapshot private GigaPans (even if you’ve shared the private link with others).

Speculation: If that’s the case, it’s probably because you’d need GigaTag access to allow others to snapshot a private GigaPan. (I’ve never used GigaTag so anything I say about it at this point is speculation.)
