I am unable to open or use gigapan uploader 2.0.0440 on Lion. It crashes on startup.

We found a bug, which is on the short list to fix in our next update:

If someone has never run Stitch, and they only run Upload, it sometimes doesn’t launch.
Workaround: Run Stitch, it will come up with a notice about trial period for Stitch.Efx, click “Continue Trial”, then Quit. After that, you can run Upload normally — no errors.
