Can someone from Gigapan let us know the best place to post feature requests and bug reports for the Epic hardware? I emailed someone our GP sales rep recommended at Gigapan but never got a reply. It would be nice to know that someone is out there listening to our feedback. |

Tim, To report a bug or submit a feature request, visit http://www.gigapan.com/cms/support/contact-support and click the ‘tech support’ link. Under ‘Please provide additional detail’ you’ll find a pull-down menu to report a problem, submit a feature request or ask a question. Looking forward to hearing from you. |

Please add the “2:3” “3:4” “9:16” to “Aspect Ratio” of “Export Option” of “Option” the firmware of Gigapan EPIC Pro. That way, I will be able to use the camera vertical. Method of representation is one more reason. |
