I see a lot of pumpkins sprouting up on gigapan.org lately. It must have something to do with the season. They are all nice, but as you can see, Ioka Valley Farms near Hancock Massachusetts is a great place to find your perfect pumpkin.

In this photo you can see how the farmer made the search for the perfect a little easier. Behind the neat rows of jack-o-lanterns-to-be are the cornfields and the corn maze.

There is a lot of orange in this image. Even the hay wagon that takes pumpkin-hunters to the pumpkin field is dressed in autumn colors.

Look around the hills for an alternate energy source and for some nice fall foliage. Have a good time exploring this little bit of the Berkshires.
