A relatively dry and windy day at 1200m on Cacao. I drove up with Manuel and saw a herd of pecaries crossing the road near Rancho Harold. There was no rain or cloud misting on the walk up or the set up. A column of Eciton was near the barrel so I moved it slightly up hill. The 21x42 GigaPan was taking up on the ridge above station 6. Traps and bait out at 9:20. 18C. The rain and temperature gauge for Sendero Circular (SN 10236656) was setup on the Malaise trap tree with a 12:30 local (1:30 internal clock) start. |Eciton at bait 1, Adelomymrex delate queen walking on log, 2x Pheidole in log with Gnaptogenys, Hypoponera and sexuals||http://youtu.be/bq3yWUXrjE8|
