This is the 4rth gigapan I have taken, and I'm starting to get the hang of it, I think. Petaluma is in southern Sonoma County, about 30 miles north of the Golden Gate Bridge. It is a nice town, of about 40,000. The Petaluma River is navigable from Petaluma to San Pablo Bay and San Francisco Bay. This marina is the largest marina on the Petaluma River. I took it in Februay, and there is not much activity. There is a Sheraton Hotel in the complex.
