It is nice that you are getting good stereo results with the Fuji. I had been concerned that the cropping done by the camera would affect the ability of Stitcher to properly align and correct for the focal length of the lens. These images of mine were simply shot flat. But don't worry - I will be doing many more stereo panoramas.
