I have yet to see Shasta, and I don't know if it is ever that clear. It is often better than this after a cold front passes through in the winter. Sacramento should still be out there. I had not found it yet either. But I know that it is there. I saw it just last week: www.gigapan.org/gigapans/50553/ That might serve as a good clue. See Diablo on the left? Both of thes pans are very well placed in Google Earth.

Amazing viewpoint. Do you ever get superb visibility here? Haven't spotted Sacramento yet Keith
