Gigapans of the detail on the Triumphal Arch of Orange, l'Orange, France. This is part of a laser scanning survey of the Triumphal Arch of Orange, a UNESCO World Heritage site in southeastern France. Project utilized phase shift laser scanning, RTI and gigapixel imaging, standard photography and photogrammetry, GPS photography, and GPS survey. AIST worked with USF History Department professor Dr. William Murray, who studies ancient naval battles, such as those depicted on the arch. Scanning in hi res focused on the carved panel depictions of battle.
