The historic courthouse in Corvallis, OR. Unfortunately the city decided to place some REALLY ugly wires in front of this very pretty building, and there is no where you could Gigapan it from without these getting in the way. You also have to time the shots between traffic lights allowing Semi trucks in front of you - good thing the Epic has a pause mode!
