What do you do after you've rock climbed to the top of Washington Column or Royal Arches? You hike down using North Dome Gully! So when I was hiking up this, the people coming down were giving me funny looks. I was trying to get to the top of Washington Column. I didn't make it, but on the way I got some great shots such as this. The nearby bushes and trees are blury because of the wind and being too close for the focus. Next time I try this, I'll have to find some place that gives a view without the trees so you can see all the way from Mirror Lake up to Diving Board.
