Finding this foreground was one part planning and one part luck. I had spent a while scoping out possible sites from which to view Mount Garfield in Google Earth. I had actually selected another site and passed this field on the way in. When I got to the other site I decided this spot had a much better foreground. I'm not sure what the shutter count on this Canon T2i is, but if I get a little time I'll do some digging to see what it is. I'm pretty sure my Canon SX10 still has more shots on it, even though it's just my backup now.

This came out really nice. I've never been able to find a spot here that didn't have a terrible foreground. All sorts of highways and poles and things you don't want. You managed to find one! I'd love to know what your shutter count is on that rebel. It has got to be up there.
