- Description
-
A 360 degree view of the Late Archaic (3,000-1,800 B.C.) site of Caballete in the Fortaleza Valley, Peru. The GigaPan was taken from within the sunken circular plaza in front of the site's Main Mound. The large standing stones that encircle the ceremonial public space are called "huancas." The whole site is arranged in a U-shape with large platform mounds surrounding a huge rectangular plaza.
