This is the Downing Centre, a major court building in Sydney. It was formerly known as the Mark Foy's department store.
You will see a stitcher error on the left, likely to be due to clouds moving across the sky toward the right during the shooting. I wasn't able to rectify this in the Gigapan stitcher, even the latest version.
