Comments on Gigapan: Mustard field in Bloom near Milk River, Albert

  2. Most of the world's French Dijon mustard is prepared from the crop grown in southern Alberta. The three hills in the background are in Montana, the names are the East Butte, Golden Butte and West Butte. Mustard is similar to Canola (rapeseed) but is grown for it's oil, whereas mustard is grown for the condiment.
