A bright and sunny day in Bristol. My first GigaPan - I dont believe the settings were optimal. Taken with a Sony NEX 5.

You need to turn autofocus OFF, and go to manual exposure, as well as manual ISO to ensure the best consistency between shots. You should also review your overlap: it is very, very high, as ca 30%-40% is more normal. :-)
