It was a sunny day with minimal cloud cover and a slight breeze. The ground was hillocky and covered in sphagnum and reindeer lichen. The gigapan was placed in the center of a 5x5m quadrate that was purposely placed in a tree gap. It will be used to further identify plant species that were not found during an active search. Also to be seen in the photo is a malaise trap.
