Description

North Stoke is a charming out-of-the-way Cotswold hamlet between Bath and Bristol. The church is a much-extended and patched-up building with no true vertical walls. Well worth a visit.

You can see the church in the context of the landscape (just about) here gigapan.com/gigapans/114436

The strip at the bottom is the mirror ball that hides the tripod. It does look like a mistake when you see it as part of the gigapan but when you look at the gigapan in Google Earth the mirror ball looks right. It would be convenient if you didn't have to use the same image for the gigapan and the gigapan in Google Earth but that wouldn't be practical.
