View from Brennisteinsalda (an hour or so hike from the campsite and refuge at Landmannalaugar) in south Iceland. From this spot you can see the massive rhyolite (volcanic rock) cliffs and the lava flow below.

Shot using a manual head with a 45mm (90mm effective) lens on an OM-D using 360 exposures (in sets of 5 brackets). I had to HDR process the frames before stitching in AutoPano as I couldn't get the full image to export from APG as a 32bit HDR, nor was I able to get PhotoShop to Merge to HDR the file.

Thanks Jason. We were surprised there weren't many people up there at this time of day. The sun was going down as we were walking up, giving us the best light - and everyone else was turning around to head back to the camp site!

Hi Andy, this is exceptionally beautiful, good job, catching the sun at these angles is tough with a Gigapan, but you have done very well. Good job!
