This is MassiveBlack II projected temperature/density map unfolded to a rectangle of 428Mpc/h x 245Mpc/h.

Without any gamma corrections, the dense regions are missing contrasts due to the longer projection along line of sight.

each pixel represents 2kpc/hx2kpc/h. Our galaxy will be roughly covering an area of 10px x 10px size on this image.
