This lovely orchid bloom, ascda. Fuchs Sunkist 'Orange glow' FCC/AOS, is part of a three image series and is the bloom by itself. The Ascocenda, or Ascda for short, is a hybrid orchid resulting from a cross between Ascocentrum and Vanda (Asctm × V). It is part of our collaboration with Liz and Don O'Toole, of E.D.
