Lighthouse Park in West Vancouver is a 75-hectare park surrounded by the sea on three sides. It contains the last old growth coastal forest in the region and offers trails, rocky shorelines and towering Douglas fir and Western Red Cedar. This particular image was taken at Jack Pine point towards the North West. It was a bit of an experiment to use focus stacking to improve the depth of filed in a panorama.
About the image: Taken with a Canon 50D, an EF 24-105 F5.6 and processed via PTgui and CS6. Three panoramas each with a different focal point setting were stacked and merged in CS6
