Description

The final of the Feldberg series from 20 Oct 2008. Non-Gigapan due to battery problems. This is a different view of the installation at the top of the Feldberg. As always, E 510, 40-150 mm kit lens, ca 60mm (120 mm in 35mm equivalent).

Not everything worked well: lighting seems to confuse the stitcher, and there's two shots of the same contrail as the jet moved across the sky. I did take a huge montage from this viewpoint (8x14 matrix), but without the gigapan it's simply too much hit and miss to continue to try.

In the mean time, I 've got two full sets of 2600mAh batteries (12 in all) that will help me avoid the battery problems I had here...I hope!
