Description

Dahlia (family Asteraceae) grow well in the San Francisco area. The flowers come in many forms and range in size from 2 to 10 inches in diameter. They also come in many colors. The plant is named for Andreas Dahl, a Swedish botanist.

    Kim, I live along the Columbia River in Washinton just on the other side of Portland, Oregon.
