深圳梅林一村是一个大型公务员住宅小区，公共设施完善，紧邻梅林水库。这片土地原来是一个三无聚集地，96年以后由政府开发成为一个大型住宅小区，当然了，能住这个小区的人基本上都是公务员而且多数是处级官员，因此相当的户型面积超过100平方米，也有众多复式结构供更高级别的官员居住。
