On a hot summer day we photographed the San Antonio skyline. This 242 x 97 inch crop was taken from a 428 x 150 inch image. The proportions are 10 fee x 4 feet, but instead of shrinking the image we left it at native resolution. This way a 10 foot by 4 foot print can be mounted on gatorboard, or the big print can be mounted directly on a wall.
We chose this time of year to have the sun in the right place, and of course the South Texas heat is visible which gives a little more realism to anyone who has been here this time of year. Our thanks go to the management of the Terminal Tower II who graciously allowed us to use their roof as a platform to capture a beautiful view of the city.
