Hallgrímskirkja Church in Reykjavik was designed by State Architect Guðjón Samúelsson. He is said to have designed the exterior to resemble the basalt lava flows of Iceland's landscape.

Grabrok is the largest of three crators at Borgarfjordur in the West of Iceland.
