The Burrard inlet in Vancouver is home to several Grain terminals, two of which are operated by Viterra Inc. This particular one handles wheat, durum, canola, barley, rye, oats and by-products.
The bulk carrier shown in the image is the Costas L. She was built on 1997 cruises at 11 knots and is registered in the Bahamas
About the image: Taken with a Canon 50D, an EF F2.8 200 zoom lens. The camera was controlled by a Promote Control and a Gigapan Epic Pro panoramic head. The HRD image was processed using CS6. The image was stitched using Kolor. 9 bracketed HDR images in 9 columns of 5 rows (9 x 9 x 5)
