A fresh dusting of snow covers the upper reaches of the Canadian Rockies west of Calgary and Bragg Creek in Kananaskis Country. The prominent peak is Mount Glasgow, named after the cruiser engaged in the Battle of Jutland. There was some wet snow coming down as I drove towards the park but then the sun came out and the winds were gusting to about 50-60 kmh. Forgetmenot pond is named for the tiny blue flower ant it's color. It has a stock of Rainbow Trout.
