Taken on January 31, 2009 at approximately 11:55AM from inside the Washington Monument.

This pano consists of 71 unaltered or post-processed photos. Stitching RMS was at 3.23 for this pano. Due to the windows inside the monument I was unable to get much more in the frame without significantly altering the angle of view.
