Taken from Devou Park, overlooking both Cincinnati, OH and Covington, Ky. The Ohio river splits the southern and northern borders of Ohio and Kentucky, respectively. Throughout the year, Cincinnati hosts many events on the river; such as The Tall Stacks, a showcase of riverboats, and fireworks displays, as well as other events; all of which may be best seen from the incredibly spansive view of Devou Park.
