vol 1 issue 1The Kennerdell Scenic Overlook is located in the town of Rockland, within Venango County, Pennsylvania (about 2 hours North of Pittsburgh). The view from this point looks down upon the Allegheny River. Tourists come here to take pictures and look at the wildlife and scenery.
