You can find a link to a pdf manual here www.olympusamerica.com/cpg_section /cpg_archived_product_details.asp?id=1316& fl=8
Setting exposure manually, page 12 The
longest shutter speed is 15 seconds without using
the BULB mode which keeps the shutter open as long
as you press the button. When you turn the dial to
M ( manual mode ) you change the aperture value
using the left and right arrow buttons. You change
the shutter speed using the up and down arrow
buttons. White Balance page 25 Set the white
balance to tungsten. If you shoot in camera RAW
mode you would be able to adjust the white balance
to 2850 Kelvin later. ISO page 26 Set the ISO to
200 so that your exposure is equivalent to 30
seconds at ISO 100. Image Stabilizer, page 29 Turn
off the Image stabilization. Manual Focus, page 29
Turn off the Digital zoom using the menu. I
believe that this camera has a maximum of 18x
optical zoom.

Increase the ISO to 200 and maybe set the aperture to f9 (though you need a large depth of field for this shot, so it depends upon which focal length you are using. longer focal length reduces the depth of field for given aperture value) Also increase the exposure time to around 20 to 30 seconds with the white balance set below tungsten 3500K. Take a few test shots before commiting to an exposure for the gigapan or panorama. This could be a great shot.
