Hiya, There are two ways to upload an already
stitched image depending on: 1. If you created it
using the gigapan stitcher then run the stitcher
again but open the image's .gigapan file. You
will find your images stitched instantly. Proceed
to the upload tab as usual. 2. if you created the
image using some other software OR created using
the gp stitcher but then saved as a tif and edited
the result, then you can't use the stitcher.
Instead, you upload using the ... er ... the
uploader. You should find that when you downloaded
and installed the stitcher you got a standalone
uploader too. HTH
This is what happens when I uploaded one large
tiff image derived from the stitcher program back
into the sticher to upload to gigapan.org. Does anyone have a
suggestion how to upload a tiff back to gigapan
org without the dirtortion?
