Give someone a lot about 40 feet wide, and they will build a building on it. The skinny tall building to the right of center is brand new, but did not stitch well. The windows are all opposite each other, as at the bottom, and not staggered as at the top. And yes, that’s a wood water tank on top of the new building. The street in front of port authority is one way north bound, so you see the back side of the billboards mounted on the roofs of the lower buildings.
