One is outbound time and the other is inbound. Maybe it is like bar or pub time... always a few minutes ahead of GMT. Maybe they are actual solar time and that is why they differ by a minute??? Since they both work off the same computer, perhaps a more acute observation and discussion may be needed to solve this mystery.
