- Description

This is my first test picture taken with a Merlin/Papywizard robotic camera mount. I started trying this as an alternative to the Gigapan Epic, especially in order to be able to use heavier Camera/Lense combination. The Merlin robotic head can take up to 4kg of total weight.
Although it is slower and heavier compared to the Gigapan, I am overall rather happy with the setup, even though I am still working out some of the finer details. The picture has been taken from my appartment looking towards Canary Wahrf and South Quay in London.
