Legion of Honor in San Francisco. It's an art museum as you probably figured out when you saw The Thinker.

However, the crooked building isn't because of an earthquake or they're trying to make it look artsy, the Gigapan stitcher 0.4.3864 seems to have problems with buildings and this one can't be fixed. I've tried redoing it at least 3 times (this one being the 4th).
