Looking west from the Canon Photo Platform next to the IAC building you can see the display aircraft on Aeroshell Square, the control tower, and part of the airshow crowd.
EAA AirVenture Oshkosh is the world's largest gathering of general aviation aircraft, with over 12,000 airplanes and 700,000 people visiting Wittman Regional Airport for one week each summer. The daily afternoon airshow features aerobatic performers at the top of the industry, as well as military demonstrations rarely seen anywhere else.
