Description

A beautiful evening at the 2009 Bristol balloon fiesta saw over 90 balloons launched from Ashton Park. Great to see the piper flying again after many years. Spot the UP balloon with it's house underneath too. The tower is the camera obscura, the first panoramic viewer where you view the image projected through the periscope on a white dished horizontal table. Woooooow Love it - were on the bridge in 2006 - and simply gotta go there again soon - love the scenery saving for a EPIC Pro - and then go mad taking these kind of pictures . Best regards Jørn Lund

Hi Keith, I compose my gigapan with only 16 shots but without tripod. I use a Pentax K-10. I took a snapshot of your gigapan trying to show you the kind of problems you will have using a simple stiching process while in your scenario there are moving objects: you will have unfullfilled objects. Never mind, your gigapan is fantastic!!!
