    Great Gigapan Ron. The Rainbow colors below the falls might be the optical effect you mention. I also identified the Eagles nest in my Gigapan taken here www.gigapan.org/viewGigapan.php?id= 29725but I did not see the two white spots that could be eggs. You have a slightly different angle in both of your Gigapans than mine. By the way, there appears to be a bird (Eagle or Osprey) on the nest in your first Gigapan the day before.
