Lower Mesa Falls, Island Park area, Idaho by Gary Grimm

This is the second falls within about a mile. The upper falls has the higest drop, but on this day I did not have time to get in position to shoot it. A direct view of this lower falls is more accessible. After the Gigapan uploads I will create a link to a You Tube video I made of both falls two years ago.

Before uploadingI did not notice the fairly large stitching problems in the dark water to the right just above the falls. I considered deleting this Gigapan, but decided to leave it as a reminder to myself to look for these problems before uploading. This is a special place and when I have a chance I will shoot another Gigapanto update this one.
