The abrupt east face of the San Rafael Swell where I-70 pierces it. Outside of Boulder, Colorado you'd be hard pressed to find a better example of hogbacks.

I think the San Raphael Reef is the most amazing
geologic formation I've ever seen, just for
reasons of it's sheer awesome and majestic
beauty. For anyone interested, there's an

This photo is of a rest area west of Green River,
CO. This is a just a beautiful area. The scenery
from Green River to to this point and further West
is just fantastic. Taking UT-24 south to
Hanksville provides additional views of the Swell.
With regard to the Hawaii trailer tag, I believe
some states allow a trailer registration for out
of state owners. Hawaii might be one of them?

a smig later and those trailers would have been in
need of a tractor, and how did that trailer make
it to Colorado, that is obviously a Hawaii tag.
