I see what looks like mild autoexposure problems on the right and on the extreme left of the picture, but most of the vertical banding looks like vignetting, the typical darkening of a picture toward the periphery of a lens. A simple way to ameliorate it is to increase the overlap of the pictures you shoot (by reducing the Field of View in Gigapan Setup).
