Camera position looks to be 40.441438N 79.99523W, hopefully correct within a few meters.

I had the same problem but instead of building an overhanging rig, I used a tall film lighting stand with extention up to 20 feet in order to get over the boundary wall on this tower in Bristol www.gigapan.org/gigapans/33892/ and www.gigapan.org/gigapans/33824/ Keith
