My family owns property in Sainte-Brigitte-de-Laval, just twenty minutes outside of Quebec City. Adjacent to their land sits Rivière Richelieu, a tributary to Rivière Montmorency (just a couple hundred meters downstream). At the base of the river is this great little waterfall, captured wonderfully by the GigaPan.
This was the third and final GigaPan I took that day -- and while the resolution is slightly lower than the other two, I think worked out the color issues best. I'll return next year and will take another from this very spot, as it captures perfectly the wonderful serenity of the river confluence.

Beautiful place : ) I think this gigapan begs for exposure bracketing in Manual mode if that is possible with the camera you are using. Only some of the point and shoot cameras will do that. The small DSLR cameras and the Panasonic Lumix cameras will. You would combine the exposures with something such as Photomatix Pro in batch mode with consistent settings or you can use enfuse or tufuse, or Picturnaut 3.0
