This gigapan is one of several giganpan-based "Gigaplots" established on the Northern Jaguar Reserve in Sonora to monitor changes in response to various landscape treatments. This image was taken the day livestock were removed from the reserve to promote ecological restoration. Compare this image to "Los Chinos Flats Gigaplot Sep 09", which was taken after 14 months without cattle grazing.
