    Species in this stand, in order of importance within category -- Canopy trees: Eastern hemlock (Tsuga canadensis), Chestnut oak (Quercus prinus), White oak (Quercus alba), Red oak (Quercus rubra), Red maple (Acer rubrum), American beech (Fagus grandifolia), Red pine (Pinus resinosa), Paper birch (Betula papyrifera). Shrubs/understory trees: Eastern hemlock (Tsuga canadensis). Herbs: Partridge berry (Mitchella repens).............................. a new tab or window/.......................................Note s: I used a Nikon D40 with Nikkor P C 105mm f/2.5 lens at f/16, 2 seconds, ISO 200, NEF. 35mm equiv is 157mm. Two second shutter delay was initiated by wireless remote. Field of view set to 9.8 degrees. Exposure, recovery, fill, vibrance, and saturation of photos were adjusted in Lightroom before outputting jpegs for stitching.
