Description

Taken from a bluff on the south shore of the Republican River wetlands at the head of the Harlan Reservoir south of Alma, Nebraska. I was really hoping to capture all the waterfowl on the lake but most turn out to be too distant to be identified even with the Gigapan's zoom. There was even a bald eagle flying around, though he didn't end up in the picture.
