  2. The exposure was hard - bright sky, shaddowed streets, so I went and tried automatic exposure. I am pretty happy with the result. Obvious issues here and there, but using auto exposure allowed me to capture a scene which would not have worked otherwise. (or would not have worked with my existing mental tool set ...

    It is "Graben" (engl. ditch?), not "Grabon" actually. -- fra
